Qi Gong at Meadow Park
Class Description
Join us for a special class hosted by Andrew of FLOW Wellness where we will explore the time-honored practice of Qi Gong for health and vitality. This session will focus on integrating movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to enhance your overall well-being. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, this event welcomes all levels. Don't miss out on this transformative experience to enhance your overall wellness and inner peace! We'll meet at the park building which is adjacent to the parking lot on Meadow St just off of South St. Please arrive early as practice will begin promptly at 5:30p. We will be practicing in the shade and open air amongst the trees of the park. No equipment or props necessary, just loose comfortable clothes. Practice can be done barefoot or with minimal footwear to encourage a connection between your feet and the ground surface.
