Qigong

Qi (pronounced "chee") means life force energy. Gong means skillful practice. We put energy and time into working with our Qi to balance the Yin and the Yang, open the meridians and strengthen the internal organs. The increased energy flow awakens the natural regenerative power of body and spirit. Through breathing exercises, special movements and self massage techniques we can restore our body to its original state of health.
