Qi Yoga
A dynamic synergy of Qi Gong and Yoga for optimal health and vitality. This practice integrates the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine to enhance your well-being. Gentle stretching exercises and slow, deep breathing are an energetic medicine for holistic health. ​​​​​
Zen Yoga
This moderate-intensity Shaolin class blends traditional conditioning, flexibility training, and Qi Gong to build strength, balance, and energy. Each session includes seated or moving meditation to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being. A balance of Yin and Yang training.​
Zen Meditation
Practices rooted in the Zen tradition that cultivate deep mindfulness and heightened awareness of Qi (life force energy). Classes emphasize stillness, breath awareness and meditative movement to help quiet the mind and settle into a natural, effortless flow.
